new week of school

its been a long time since i update my blog.. was busy with something thats why didn update.. today is a new week at school.. new subject coming up.. menu planning, asian cooking and also pastry and baking.. and aslo advanced in western cooking i h=guess.. which is more challenging.. but its okay, i'll try my best to work hard and strive to what i want to... and today i get good news during western demo.. mr ang, my teacher, tell our result for last term exam.. my theory i got 32/60.. and for my practical im happy and overjoyed with my result i got 78.8/100.. woah when i heard my result i was shocked and didn believe..
with this result i hope i can achieve much further..

New work place and new position

haha.. first day when i collect uniform before starting working, my new workplace aerin' gave me product knowledge.. in my mind was thinking why they gave me this... cause i interview for barrista.. then they said they want me to learn service first then i can start doin bar.. so i don mind.. but working service at aerin's wat interesting.. cause mostly the customer there are
tourists.. so u handle with all kind of people rather than fussy singaporean...

just 2 days working as service crew, they transfer me to bar.. first time i do bar, i was totally lost.. cause most of them are new to me.. especially the machine doin coffee.. at my pervious workplace was auto but at aerin's it was manual... it was kind of enjoying when u doin manual brewing.. first day when i do bar, i don learn much, but second day, that is on monday, i learn a lot of thing.. how to perfect cap, latte, and so on.. and also i did 2 cocktail drink.. working in the bar can be interesting and also boring when there isn any order.. haha.. hope to learn more from the gm and the full time barrista..

now im enjoying my dinner. group photo when we were at esplanade

well its saturday.. i have practical on that day.. just like normal go for my practical and hope to finish it asap.. but for 190806, its special because im going out with my friends yo have fun.. haha.. about 345 i finish my practical and when straight to do my project first.. my project turn out differently because mist if us didn bring out material along.. and for me, wathell happend to me, i lost my project stuff toghther with my friend material.. god dam.. we went to do our project ast our usual place ' esplanade '.

Right after my project done, my friends and i went to arab street to have our dinner... we plan to have dinner there for quite sometime.. and yesterday is the day we went.. we went there because they have dinner sets for only $20 ++.. It consists of soup, appetizer, main course and lastly desserts.. i guess its worth having it.. after having our dinner my friends decide to have shisha.. they smoke shisha abt 1.5 hours.. it was so relaxing..

today is sunday and as usual my school or class mate arrange soccer match... today our game are against Bukit Merah Secondary School... Their player are mostly 16 to 18 years old.. so early in the morning i woke up and was eager to go for soccer match.. reach the field at about 830 and start warming up all by myself.. the rest of my team weren't there yet.. at abt 9am all my player reached and so the opponent.. we start our game at 930am.. for the first half our team were down by 1-0... but we are not discourage by the result... and we keep on trying and trying...

Come second half, we changed our formation and some of our player... we are in attacking mode... and guess what.. we trash those boys 4 goal.. goal scorer for our team are anuar, shafid, yat, and azhar... at the end of the game the score is 4-1... we happy went to have a mini celebration at Tiong Bahru Plaza.. but only one thing that spoilt our game is the refree.. after celebrating we dispersed and went home...

i went home and relax.. at about 245 i went to my new work place to collect my uniform.. i starting my new work tomoro.. haha.. Wish me good luck yar..

something new

like normal in the morning go to school and have my demo cooking.. which only lasted 2 plus hours.. after that my group of friends, we went to west mall to play arcade... i spend about $5 dollars in total.. dam it is a lot of money wasting.. its okay its alright not every time i spend this kind of money... abt 1230pm i went back and have my last lesson of the day... straight away after lesson abt 230pm i went for my job interview at raffles city shopping centre.. i interview for part time barrista and they pay me $6 per hour.. dam its a lot... cant a wait to start work immediately.. but now i only have one big difficult problem, that is how to tell my previous job that im not going to work for about 2 week cause im currently trying out this job.. if it is confirm, i guess i have to quit at tcc.. i guess i have to tell them that im tired and have lots of school stuff to do.. hope they understand.. okay till here.. looking forward to the day im start working...

over the moon

today is the day, some sort im feeling 0ver the moon.. i don know what's the reason.. first in the morning when i woke up, im feeling happy and not feeling tired... and today i had my pratical.. but first i had my catering science lesson and then my food test.. it is so dam difficult.. almost half of my class when they see the paper, they went to sleep.. unlike me, i try my very best though most of the question i don know.. funny thing is that my sir said if u don know the question just write down ' i forgot sir' and do not leave any blank..

then after finishing my test, we when to had our lunch.. after lunch i went back straight to school and change into my practical uniform.. and be ready for my class.. at about 1pm, i gave someone a special thing.. haha.. u know what im talking about.. for practical i will be cooking chicken piccata and beef stir fried ( western style ).. both of the cooking, teacher gimme a compliment.. well done.. i was like feeling dam happy... and good thing is that saturaday practical test both of this item will come out.. yessar.. okay till here then.. Happy National Day..

first day after changing of time-table

today is my 6th week of school.. i had a change of time-table and my school start at 12.. so i got time to chill and relax.. like as though the world belong to me.. haha.. when to school, first lesson and had a demo class on cooking.. demo on chicken piccata and some sort like stir fry beef.. easy and very fast cooking.. it just took about an hour to do it.. then after demo class i had it lesson.. suppose class should be about 1.5 hours.. but teacher took only half and hour.. we finish class abt 4 and can go home.. but me and friends plan to go to burger king to had our so called dinner.. after dinner we went to play arcade.. latiff and anuar challange racing and see who won.. end up anuar won the race.. well done anuar.. Shatec DK ( drift king ).. haha.. after finishing all our money on arcade we went home and study for our foods test tomoro.. wish me good luck..
